Purchasing

Firecreek Winery encourages the legal and responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. By using our website and/or placing an order you are confirming to us that you are at least 18 years of age. Firescreek Winery complies with the New South Wales Responsible Service of Alcohol laws and guidelines.

Risks & Warnings

Customers should also be aware of the following inherent risks and warnings:
· Alcohol should be consumed in moderation and never in conjunction with operating a motor vehicle or machinery. Women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects. Alcohol consumption may cause health problems.
· A case of wine is heavy, so extra care should be taken when lifting it. If you are concerned about the weight, we advise that you transfer the bottles 1 or 2 at a time.

Delivery

Delivery tariff is indicated on the shopping cart page of the website. Deliveries are via Australia Post or Aramex Fastway Couriers. All wine orders can be delivered to any nominated address, including Post Office boxes. If the person accepting the delivery is out and there are no delivery instructions, a card in the post box directing you to collect your order or next delivery time arrangements. Delivery to capital cities is within 5-7 working days. Other areas (including Tasmania and Northern Territory) may take up to 10 working days. In current climate, postal and courier services are experiencing unprecedented delays. We seek your understanding in this matter.

International Delivery

We cannot offer international shipping.

Availability

Please understand wine is available only while stocks last and may be subject to change. In the event that we have sold out prior to your transaction, we will contact you to arrange an alternative order or a refund.

Packaging

All wine is packaged using durable cardboard boxes or postage tubes.

Refunds Policy


We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that you find unsatisfactory. Please send an email to winemakers@firescreek.com.au to arrange for a replacement. Please note we will not replace wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or wine that was ordered in error.
If your wine has been broken or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.  Please send an email winemakers@firescreek.com.au to request return instructions, and ensure that all original packaging is retained in case of the need to return.

Firescreek Winery has a secured transaction environment for commerce on the internet.
